Available Lots

We have lake lots that vary greatly in size, type, and price, and are able to offer lease terms that are longer than one season. We currently have several available lots, and there is a short waiting list for all types of lots for next season.

Our new year begins on September 15 each year. This mean that there is no difference between taking a lot in late September, and taking it in the spring, except that you can try to use the lot during our typically extended fall season.

Please consider coming to the Resort and taking a look around. We are now offering longer lease terms lasting up to 2033, as well as shorter or even single season terms. Lakefront lots start at about $5000 for the season and other lot prices vary from about $2000 to $6000 for the season.
